Since its conceptualization, the Faculty of Business Administration (GLSBBA) annually hosts IMAGE – the national level management fest. Students from colleges worldwide are invited for this two-day event wherein participants get an opportunity to be a part of competitions that hone managerial skills and gain new insights in different areas. Since the event is for and by students, it truly gives them a chance to understand the nitty-gritty of management. With every consecutive year, we try to include management-centric activities in IMAGE. It will be the perfect forum to bring together some of the most intellectual and creative undergraduate and postgraduate minds from colleges across the nation.

A blend of creative and artistic activities, Imagination is the perfect forum to bring together some of the most creative and talented undergraduate minds from colleges across India for an exhilarating experience. IMAGINATION, a cultural festival that includes some of our very own signature events. The interaction among students from all over the country and an opportunity to witness how these innovative ideas unfold into various artworks enhance one’s creative spirit and talent, something we as educational institutions want for our students. SHATARANJ is the annual event of GLS BBA where we majorly talk about India’s International Relations and current affairs. The experts speak on various future opportunities, challenges and constraints facing Indian International Relations. The objective of Shatranj is to make students understand the importance of Integrating Indian IR with global IR since it is a necessity given India’s increasing engagement with the international political and economic orders.

HR Conclave, a splendid symposium hosted by Faculty of Business Administration (FOBA), GLS University, is set to discuss HR and related contemporary challenges and oppurtunities. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are three closely linked values held by many organizations that are working to be supportive of different groups of individuals, including people of different races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations. Employers that remain workplaces “for some” will risk losing money, earning less and falling behind their competitors in this disruptive climate. However, employers that are “for all”, ensure that people are treated as equals, that people get the dignity and respect they deserve and that their differences are celebrated. Such employers will cultivate tremendous value from their people’s differences and will thrive. The National HR conclave presents the same humane thought in the most collective and cognitive manner.

Ecofest, a splendid symposium hosted by Faculty of Business Administration (FOBA), GLS University, is set to welcome luminaries, scholars, and visionaries from across the globe. This symposium promises to explore the intricate interplay of economics, global affairs, and sustainability. The event offered a significant platform for discourse on India's economic trajectory and its future possibilities. With an aim to provide unique platforms for participants to immerse themselves in the multifaceted dimensions of economics and global affairs, enhancing their understanding and engagement with these critical subjects.

Faculty of Business Administration (GLSBBA) annually organizes Praxis, an exhibition to manifest students’ creative talents. As the tagline suggests, it is an attempt to explore one’s axis. The exhibition showcases the practical application of whatever knowledge students have gained in classrooms. The exhibition includes unique artefacts curated by the students, for example, pots made during pottery workshop, posters in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Production Management and Psychology for Managers, and plant pots that they learned to make in Environmental studies, Painting exhibitions, among others. Around 1000 students, along with their parents, visit the exhibition for encouraging our young minds.
