We, the Faculty of Business Administration (GLSBBA) strongly believes in the “Student-Centered Learning Approach”.

One of the goals of creating a student-centered environment is to make learning joyful, challenging and engaging. Our unique pedagogy is designed, both in structure and in instruction, to be a blend of individual and teamwork. This gets reflected in thoughtfully designed individual and group assignments, workshops, events, activities and so on.

Student-centered learning engages students in their success and incorporates their interests and skills into the learning process. Through our CBCS system, students get to choose focus areas for their learning that helps them to work on addressing their competencies and skills. Hence they learn to support each other's progress and celebrate successes. Students’ ideas and voices are front and center in our student-centered learning environment.
